Over all, a majority of people struggle with change. If you don’t believe this then why has the term and process of change management even become a thing? I believe we struggle with change for the following reasons.
The need to fix things. Over the past few months I have had a few clients bring this up in our coaching sessions. I think it’s a topic worth digging into because I’m guessing you may be one of those “fixers” too.
