December Blog – Book Review

This month for the December blog, instead of the usual blog post on something related to courage, communication or connection I posted a new book review. 

Atomic Habits by James Clear was a recent recommendation from a client. The author breaks down the best way to create new habits and stick to them. As well as how to stop old habits.

From forgetting about your actual goal to changing your environment and focusing on constant practice, the book is as the author states, a manual on how to do it.

 I found it a valuable tool to have in my coaching toolbox therefore I have posted a review just for you.
